Handcrafted Batch Processing

Every item at New Eden Apothecary is hand-batched, poured, and packaged on our homestead in East Tennessee.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Batch Release Spikes: During announced batch drops or seasonal releases, processing may take up to 5 business days due to high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Calculated at checkout (typically 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS).

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totaling $70.00 or more (before taxes) automatically qualify for Free Standard Ground Shipping within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. New Eden Apothecary is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office prior to contacting support.
